Terms and Conditions
Booking a shoot confirms your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

1 Terms
1.1 'PRH Photography' refers to PRH Photography Limited, registered in England and Wales No: 7481376
1.2 'Client' refers to the person booking and attending the shoot.

2 Booking a Shoot
2.1 Shoots can be booked up to one month in advance, this can be extended at the discretion of PRH Photography.
2.2 Shoots are booked on a first-come-first-served basis. A shoot date is not confirmed until the deposit has been paid in cleared funds.
2.3 A deposit of 50% of the shoot cost up to a maximum of £50 is required to secure a shoot time/date. PRH Photography may, at it's discretion waive this deposit for shoots with a total cost under £50.
2.4 The deposit is non-refundable, but will be taken off the total cost of the shoot when the remainder is paid.
2.5 PRH Photography reserves the right to refuse shoots without giving reasons.
2.6 A client must be age 18 or older to book and attend a shoot.

3 Payment Policy
3.1 The deposit must be paid in advance of the shoot.
3.2 The remainder of the shoot cost will be paid on the day of the shoot, unless a different payment schedule is specifically agreed in advance in writing.
3.3 Payment of the deposit and remainder can be made by cash, cheque, debit or credit card.
3.4 Images will not be released until full payment is made in cleared funds, except where a different payment schedule has been agreed in advance in writing.

4 Rescheduling a Shoot
4.1 In the event of a client wishing to reschedule a shoot PRH Photography will make all reasonable efforts to accommodate a new shoot date.
4.2 An additional £25 fee is charged per reschedule.
4.3 A shoot may be rescheduled twice after which PRH Photography reserves the right to refuse further shoots and keep the £50 non-refundable deposit.
4.4 In the event of PRH Photography needing to reschedule a shoot, no reschedule fee will be charged and there will be no limit to the number of reschedules.

5 Cancelling a Shoot
5.1 In the event of a shoot being cancelled by the client, PRH Photography will keep the deposit paid. No refund of the deposit will be made.

6 After the Shoot
6.1 It is the responsibility of the client attending the shoot to ensure they take all items belonging to them away at the end of the shoot. PRH Photography will not be liable for any costs of returning any items left by mistake, although will make reasonable efforts to reunite the items with the owner.
6.2 Image editing takes several hours and PRH Photography will make all reasonable efforts to provide images as soon as possible after a shoot, this is normally within a few days of the shoot.
6.3 Once images have been selected, either on the day or later by contact sheet by the client, no changes are possible without a further charge being payable.
6.4 PRH Photography will make all reasonable attempts to edit images in the style requested by the client, but reserves the right to have final artistic judgement on how an image should be cropped and edited.
6.5 In the event that images are selected from a contact sheet, images numbers must be provided to PRH Photography within one month of the shoot. If the image numbers are not received within this time, PRH Photography will assume the images are not required and will keep any payment made.

7 Use of Images
7.1 PRH Photography maintains the copyright of all images.
7.2 PRH Photography and Paul Harrison accept no responsibility for any use made of the images.
7.3 The client may not use any images until full payment in cleared funds has been made, unless specifically agreed in advance in writing before the shoot.
7.4 The client is granted worldwide use of the images to use on their portfolio.
7.5 If the client wishes to sell the images a separate agreement will be required in writing.
